Dear all
You will all be aware from reading Marion’s update email earlier in the week that it is the first of the indoor season’s postal shoots on Saturday 2 November.
The Postal shoots are a Portsmouth round and shooting:
· 60 arrows shot in ends of 3 arrows (30 arrows for the Junior Postal)
· 20 yards
· 60cm target
· 10 zone scoring (unless you shoot a triple spot target)
Please get to the hall promptly (we can normally get in before 2:30pm – usually soon after 2.15pm) so we can get set-up and make a start as close to 2:30pm as we can.
As well as the scores counting towards the Postal league they also contribute towards the club Grand Prix and count towards your indoor classification. As a reminder the classification scores for a Portsmouth are:
GENTLEMEN & JUNIOR BOYS – RECURVE
| A | B | C | D | E | F | G | H | |
| Portsmouth | 592 | 582 | 554 | 505 | 432 | 315 | 195 | 139 |
LADIES & JUNIOR GIRLS – RECURVE
| A | B | C | D | E | F | G | H | |
| Portsmouth | 582 | 569 | 534 | 479 | 380 | 255 | 139 | 93 |
GENTLEMEN & JUNIOR BOYS – COMPOUND

| Portsmouth | 570 | 562 | 544 | 509 | 449 | 347 | 206 | 160 |
Three classification scores over the winter season gets you a badge – ooooooooh! I hear you gasp.
Hope to see you on Saturday.
