It’s a club shoot on Saturday.
Shooting a WA18 which is:
- 5 dozen arrows (60 arrows in total)
- shot in ends of 3
- over 18 metres
- at 40cm target (smaller than the Portsmouth faces), either 10 scoring zone single spot; or
- 6 scoring zone (anything less than a 5 is a miss) vertical triple spot.
I know it sound complicated, but it really isn’t. As always there is plenty of help for those that have not shot a scoring round before. It’s a 2.30pm start so please try to get there early to help set-up and we’ll start shooting as close to 2.30 as we can.
Sunday 10.45am – 2nd Frostbite
Sunday sees our second frostbite. This is at the field from 10.45am set-up for approx 11am start.
For those that missed the first one, we shoot:
- 3 dozen arrows
- shot in ends of 6 arrows
- over 30 metres
- at an 80cm target.
Then we might go for a pint in the Stone Jug!
Hope to see you over the weekend, for those that decide to do Andrew’s field shoot – have fun!
